On April 21, 2025, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited completed the issuance of the first tranche of science and technology innovation perpetual bonds for professional investors in 2025, with an issuance scale of RMB 3 billion yuan and with CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. as the lead underwriter and bookrunner.
