Three IP Cases Handled by DeHeng Wuxi Lawyers Selected for the Summary of Judgments of the SPC’s Intellectual Property Court (2024)

On April 25, 2025, to mark the upcoming 25th World Intellectual Property Day, the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People’s Court (SPC) released a summary of its judgments of 2024, which included 157 judgments. Three integrated circuit layout design infringement cases handled by the project team led by partner Zhou Xiaodong from DeHeng’s Wuxi Office were selected, covering Judgments No.96, 97, and 143. These cases have important guiding significance for integrated circuit layout design cases and intellectual property behavior preservation.
