DeHeng Hangzhou Assisted Chang’an International Trust in Landing the First Family Trust with a Law Firm as Supervisor

On April 16, 2025, a project team composed of partner Zheng Liping, consultant Zhang Jian, and partner Liao Xiangzheng from DeHeng’s Hangzhou Office helped Chang’an International Trust Co., Ltd. implement an innovative family trust business.

This trust project is the first to introduce a well-known independent third-party law firm as a supervisor. Through the involvement of legal professionals in the design of the trust structure, execution supervision, and rights protection, it has established a dual guarantee mechanism for the settlor and beneficiaries, marking an important step toward the professional and compliant development of family trust services.
