DeHeng Assisted Leading Chinese New Materials Company in Achieving “Plug-and-Play” in Vietnam

Recently, a project team composed of foreign-related lawyers from DeHeng’s Guangzhou, Guiyang, and Kunming offices provided special legal services for a well-known Chinese new materials technology company to establish a presence in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The company is a domestic leader in the new energy vehicle parts niche market and aims to expand production and enter overseas markets through this investment in Vietnam. The DeHeng team provided full-process professional services, including business negotiations, document review and translation, legal and business consulting, investment policy and foreign exchange consulting, and project due diligence. On March 25, the team assisted the company in signing with a plug-and-play industrial park in southern Vietnam, making it the first Chinese-funded enterprise in Vietnam to do so.

The DeHeng team was led by partner He Wei from the Guangzhou office and partner Yang Qian from the Guiyang office, with support from lawyer Sun Liya from the Kunming office and intern lawyer Liu Xinyun from the Guangzhou office.
