DeHeng Mandated to Provide Legal Services for Compliance Management Effectiveness Evaluation of Beijing Jingneng Power and 29 Affiliated Companies

Recently, DeHeng has been mandated to provide legal services for compliance management effectiveness evaluation of Beijing Jingneng Power Co., Ltd. and its 29 affiliated companies. This marks another significant achievement for DeHeng in the field of legal services for compliance management of power and energy enterprises. Previously, DeHeng has provided such legal services for several energy companies, including China Huaneng Group, Zhongguo Petroleum & Chemical Sales Co., Ltd., Beijing Energy Holding Co., Ltd., China Coal Huali, China Yangtze Power International, and SDIC Power. 

The scope of work for this project includes specialized enhancement of compliance management and compliance management effectiveness evaluations for the company’s 29 affiliated companies. The DeHeng team comprises Tang Minzhi, Yan Gaoxing, Lu Baiyu, Wang Kangping, and Xu Nuo.
