DeHeng Assisted Vertiv in Acquiring BSE

Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a U.S.-listed company formerly known as Emerson Network Power, completed the acquisition of BiXin Energy Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (“BSE”) through its Chinese subsidiary. The transaction documents were signed on November 23, 2024, and the deal was closed on December 20, 2024. This acquisition focuses on expanding Vertiv’s chiller series and strengthening its portfolio of key technologies and solutions to support global high-performance computing and artificial intelligence applications. 

As the legal advisor for the acquirer, the DeHeng team was led by partner Xiong Ming from its Shenzhen Office, with primary support from lawyers Deng Shu, Wu Zipeng, and Hu Jianen. Over three months, they provided high-quality full-process legal services, including legal due diligence, drafting of English transaction documents, assisting clients in English negotiations, and closing, earning praise from the client.
