DeHeng Assisted Sanya Phoenix International Airport in Obtaining Dual Certification for ISO 37301:2021 and GB/T 35770-2022 Compliance Management Systems

On January 17, 2025, Sanya Phoenix International Airport Co., Ltd. held a dual certification ceremony for the international standard ISO 37301:2021 and the national standard GB/T 35770-2022 compliance management systems. Shen Wenwen, Deputy Party Secretary and partner of DeHeng’s Hangzhou Office, was invited to attend the ceremony and delivered a speech. 

Advising on the building of the compliance management system, the DeHeng team was led by Shen Wenwen from Hangzhou Office and partners Wang Yuzhuo and Cai Dan from Nanjing Office, and with support from Zhou Mei, Zhao Mi Yue, Zhang Jiahao, Tao Weijie, and Peng Yanwen. Over several months, DeHeng lawyers worked closely with the airport company, from the initial research, organizational structure building, and system building to compliance risk assessment and operational guidance, and successfully advised the client on establishing its compliance management system and obtaining dual certification for international and domestic compliance management systems.
