Recently, Beijing Orient Landscape and Environment Co., Ltd. (“Orient Landscape”) has effectively resolved its debt risks through a reorganization process, achieving significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement. The company has also introduced two investors with strong industrial empowerment capabilities, entered into the new energy sector, refined the management of its existing business, and continuously enhanced its continuous operation and profitability, restoring its healthy development trajectory.
The Chaoyang District Government of Beijing has attached great importance to the company’s reorganization and established a liquidation group (temporary administrator of pre-reorganization and reorganization administrator) to assist Orient Landscape in overcoming its difficulties. Partner Mu Zhonghe from DeHeng’s Beijing Office served as the deputy head of the liquidation group, with Jiang Huang and Li Feiya as members of the liquidation group. DeHeng also formed a team of over 50 on-site personnel to provide comprehensive, professional, efficient, and high-quality legal services for this project. Ultimately, with the guidance and support of courts and governments at all levels, Orient Landscape completed the pre-reorganization and reorganization procedures in just eight months. After the Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People’s Court ruled to approve the reorganization plan, the plan was fully executed within only four days. The lawful rights and interests of creditors, investors, and the listed company were safeguarded to the maximum extent within the legal framework, contributing to the healthy development of the capital market and the improvement in local business environment.
