In December 2024, Sanbo Hospital Management Group Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: Sanbo, stock code: 301293) completed the acquisition of 70% equity in Sichuan Daxing Guangze Medical Investment Management Co., Ltd., thereby indirectly holding 70% of the controlling stake in the latter’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengdu Dongli Hospital Co., Ltd., with an acquisition price of RMB 420 million.
