DeHeng Assisted COFCO Joycome in Successful Acquisition of COFCO Jiahua

On December 30, 2024, COFCO Joycome Foods Limited (1610.HK) completed the acquisition of 100% equity in COFCO Jiahua Industrial Co., Ltd. for RMB 1.5 billion.

This acquisition will help COFCO Joycome integrate upstream high-quality resources, further improve its layout across the industry chain, strengthen its core strategy of leading cost-effectiveness, and accelerate to become a more competitive comprehensive meat enterprise with a complete industry chain.
