To further optimize its global supply chains and enhance its industrial chain’s risk resilience in global competition, Infovision Optoelectronics (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 688055) decided to invest in a production line project in Vietnam after careful evaluation and on-site inspections. DeHeng, in collaboration with Vietnamese lawyers, provided comprehensive legal services for this project, including overseas direct investment filing (ODI filing), due diligence on leased factories, contract review, and investment license application document review.
