DeHeng Assisted China Railway Construction Corporation in Completing 2024 Unified Registration of TDFI

On December 17, 2024, China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) received the Notice of Acceptance of Registration (ZSXZ [2024] TDFI 56) from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, completing the 2024 unified registration of the debt financing instrument (TDFI), with a registration validity period of two years.  

After this registration, CRCC can issue various products, including super & short-term commercial papers, commercial papers, medium-term notes, perpetual notes, asset-backed notes, and green debt financing instruments, in tranches during the registration validity period, and can also issue related products through private placement.
