DeHeng Assisted Evirth in Its Acquisition by International Snack Giant Mondelēz

Recently, DeHeng assisted Evirth (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd., a leading domestic baking industry enterprise, in its acquisition by the international snack giant Mondelēz. The equity change procedures are completed, with Mondelēz acquiring 67.8174% of Evirth’s equity, bringing its total shareholding to 72.3546% and gaining control of Evirth.

As the legal advisor to the acquired party, Evirth, the DeHeng team, with primary support from partner Luo Yuanqing and lawyers Lin Peiwei and Gong Dongxu of the Shenzhen Office, provided legal services including transaction scheme demonstration, transaction agreement review and revision, drafting of supporting documents, and legal consultation for the client.
