Recently, Shanghai Lingyi Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. passed the review of the Asset Management Association of China and completed its registration as a PE fund manager (private equity and venture capital category). DeHeng acted as the legal advisor and assisted it in the manager registration process.
