Recently, Caina Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 301122) obtained the Enterprise Overseas Investment Certificate issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce, the Overseas Investment Project Filing Notice issued by the Wuxi Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and the Company Registration Certificate issued by the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce for its investment in Cambodia.
