On December 12, 2023, Zhongtian Service Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002188) passed the review of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Review Center for its private placement of shares and obtained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on January 19, 2024. Recently, the company completed the private placement, issuing 34,565,289 shares and raising a total of RMB 167,295,998.76.
