DeHeng Assisted Jinxin Technology Holding Company in Its Nasdaq Listing

On December 6, 2024, Jinxin Technology Holding Company, the overseas parent company of Shanghai Jinxin Network Technology Co., Ltd., went public on the Nasdaq Stock Market and issued 1,250,000 American Depositary Receipts (excluding over-allotment), with the stock code “NAMI.”  

As the PRC legal advisor to the issuer, the DeHeng team, led by Yan Zheng and Wang Yinan, partners at the Beijing Office, and with primary support from partner Li Xiaoxin at the Shanghai Office, provided comprehensive, professional, efficient, and high-quality legal services for the project.
