DeHeng Lawyers Assisted Changzhou Architectural Research Institute Group Co., Ltd. in Obtaining Compliance Management System Certification

Recently, Wang Yuzhuo, Director of the Management Committee of DeHeng’s Nanjing Office, was invited to attend the compliance management system certification awarding ceremony of Changzhou Architectural Research Institute Group Co., Ltd. (301115). As the representative of the compliance system construction consulting agency and ISO 37301/GBT35770 compliance system certification guidance agency, Wang engaged in business discussions with company executives, key compliance management system members, and the international certification body BSI (British Standards Institution).  

Changzhou Architectural Research Institute Group Co., Ltd. was awarded ISO 37301:2021 and GB/T35770-2022 compliance management international and domestic dual-standard certifications by BSI, becoming the first inspection and testing company in China to receive this certification.  

In April 2023, DeHeng Law Offices (Nanjing) and Jiangsu Dongsheng Law Firm were mandated by the company to form a joint project team, led by partners Wang Yuzhuo and Cai Dan from DeHeng’s Nanjing Office, and partners E Xiaolong and Chen Chunming from Dongsheng, with DeHeng lawyers Sun Jinyu and Zhao Miyue as on-site implementation leaders, and Dongsheng’s lawyers Zhu Wenjia, Yang Ya, Qi Yufei, and Wei Shiyi as project lawyers, providing special legal services for system optimization, and operation and certification guidance.
