DeHeng Mandated by Beijing State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. to Advise on Its Compliance Management System Effectiveness Evaluation Project

Recently, DeHeng was mandated by Beijing State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. as the legal advisor for its compliance management system effectiveness evaluation project. 

The scope of legal services for this project includes conducting compliance management effectiveness evaluations for the company’s headquarters and its 16 second-tier enterprises and performing compliance risk assessments for the company for the periods 2023–2024 and 2025.  

This project once again demonstrates DeHeng’s outstanding capabilities and service level in the field of compliance management. The DeHeng team for this project is led by lawyer Tang Minzhi, with support from Yan Gaoxing, Lu Boyu, He Ruolan, and Liu Xiaoxiao. The team has extensive experience in compliance management and has conducted compliance construction projects for over 40 central and state-owned enterprises.
