Recently, BOC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., a financial institution headquartered in Chongqing, acquired an operating lease asset package of two Airbus A320neo aircraft with existing leases from a special-purpose vehicle (SPV) established by a European aircraft leasing company in Ireland. The transaction, valued at over USD 120 million, was facilitated through an SPV established in Tianjin, and the aircraft was delivered to a leading domestic airline for operation.
