DeHeng Assisted DTT in Completing Major Asset Restructuring

On October 15, 2024, Datang Telecom Technology Co., Ltd. (“DTT,” stock code: 600198) announced the completion of the delivery and transfer of assets involved in its major asset acquisition and sale for debt restructuring.

The restructuring included major asset purchases, sales, and debt restructuring. Following the restructuring, DTT increased its stake in the profitable subsidiary Datang Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., allowing the company to focus on its principal business and improve asset quality, operational capabilities, and competitiveness.
