DeHeng Assisted Haitong Unitrust in Issuing RMB 1 Billion SCP

In September 2024, Haitong Unitrust International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. successfully issued the third tranche of Super & Short-term Commercial Paper (SCP) of 2024 in the national interbank bond market, with the issuance term of 266 days and the issuance scale of RMB 1 billion.

As the legal advisor for this project, the DeHeng team, led by partner Zhao Zhidong and with primary support from lawyer Sun Xinyi, conducted legal due diligence and issued a legal opinion letter.
