DeHeng Signed a General Legal Services Agreement with HSBC

At the end of August 2024, HSBC Bank (China) Limited officially signed a General Legal Services Agreement with DeHeng.

The signing was led by partner Wang Jianwen of DeHeng’s Beijing Office and partner Sun Jianrong of its Suzhou Office, with active support from relevant partners and administrative departments across DeHeng’s offices. The agreement adopts a “head office to head office” format, meaning that after the signing of the Agreement, DeHeng’s offices across the country will provide services to HSBC and its branches without the need for additional approval processes, except for conflict-of-interest reviews.
