DeHeng’s Vientiane Office Mandated as Legal Advisor for Sino-Thai Joint Venture Hydropower Project

Recently, Beiben Power Co., Ltd. signed a Perennial Legal Service Agreement with DeHeng’s Vientiane Office, mandating the firm as its legal advisor for the 2024-2025 period. The Vientiane Office will provide legal services related to cross-border investment and financing, corporate governance, intellectual property protection, business compliance, and preliminary dispute resolution for the company.

The DeHeng team, led by Jia Hui, director of the Vientiane Office, with primary support from lawyers Ju Guang, Sun Xialin, Li Yijin, Sun Jiahui, Professor Deth, Song Ben, and Wei Lai, will uphold the values of “professionalism, ethics, and integrity” and provide the client with high-quality legal services.
