DeHeng Assisted Yangtze River Medical Technology in Obtaining ISO 37301 Compliance System Certification

Recently, Jiangsu Yangtze River Medical Technology Co., Ltd. received the GB/T 35770-2022/ISO 37301:2021 compliance management system certification from the British Standards Institution (BSI) Group, which covers anti-commercial bribery, fair trade, and export control. The certification also includes the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Sichuan Yangtze River Medical Equipment Co., Ltd.

The DeHeng team was led by partner Dai Xiang of the Shanghai Office, with primary support from lawyers Hu Chenghao, Li Chaoran, Zhao Zhiyu, Wang Jiaqing, and paralegal Zhao Ruqiang, and provided legal services to Yangtze River Medical Technology throughout the certification process.
