DeHeng Mandated as External Legal Counsel for China Life Insurance (Group) Company 2024–2027

DeHeng Law Offices has been recently awarded the mandate of serving as external legal counsel for China Life Insurance (Group) Company for the 2024–2027 period, following China Life Insurance’s announcement of tender results.

The DeHeng team was led by partner Zhong Sheng, consisting of partners Jia Hui, Chen Wei, Liu Huanzhi, Zhang Xu, and Zhang Tao, as well as lawyers Shi Xue and Zhou Xinru, to provide legal services for the client. 

The mandate reflects DeHeng’s strong capabilities in areas such as insurance fund utilization, insurance operations, compliance for state-owned financial institutions, corporate governance, intellectual property, data security, and international legal matters. In the future, DeHeng will assist China Life Insurance in serving national development and building a robust financial sector.
