DeHeng Assisted with the Successful Registration of Haitong Unitrust – Haitong UT MSE Financial Leasing ABS No. 26-28

Recently, Haitong Unitrust International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (“Haitong Unitrust”), as the originator, successfully registered the Haitong Unitrust – Haitong UT MSE Financial Leasing ABS No. 26-28 with the Shanghai Stock Exchange and received a non-objection letter for its listing. The structured issuance has a total shelf registration of RMB 3 billion, with an initial issuance capped at RMB 1 billion. The underlying assets consist of rights to lease payments, purchase options, and associated guarantees and other rights of the originator under leasing contracts.
