DeHeng Assisted Hengqin Winglet, Hengqin Financial Investment Leasing and Sichuan Airlines in Groundbreaking Aircraft Engine Leasing Deal

Hengqin Financial Investment Leasing Co., Ltd., a leading leasing company in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, and Hengqin Winglet Aircraft Technology Co., Ltd. recently completed the successful delivery of two Rolls-Royce Trent 700 aircraft engines to Sichuan Airlines Co., Ltd. This pioneering transaction, valued at over RMB 100 million, is the first aircraft engine leasing deal in the Zone and marks the Zone’s entry into the aviation finance sector.

As legal counsel for Hengqin Winglet in this project, the DeHeng team, led by partners Yang Yanning and Yang Yecheng, worked closely with the client and provided comprehensive support, including transaction structuring, drafting, reviewing, negotiating transaction documents, and assisting with the delivery.
