DeHeng Mandated as Legal Advisor to Beijing Municipal Bureau of Local Financial Regulation

DeHeng was recently mandated as the perennial legal advisor to the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Local Financial Regulation, also known as the Financial Market Affairs Office of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee.

For the “Legal Services in Regulation over Local Financial Organizations” project, the DeHeng team is led by partner Wang Jianwen of the Beijing Office, with partner Sun Zhedan as the daily project leader. For the “Legal Services in Advancing Financial Development in the Capital City” project, the DeHeng team is headed by partner Mu Zhonghe of DeHeng’s Beijing headquarters.
