DeHeng Assisted CCB in Establishing a Syndicated Loan for Mango Hub

Recently, the Shanghai Hongkou branch of China Construction Bank (CCB), along with the Xuhui branch of Agricultural Bank of China and the Minhang branch of Bank of Communications, signed financing documents for a syndicated mortgage loan exceeding RMB 1 billion with Shanghai Xiangmango Cultural Investment Co., Ltd. for the Mango Hub project.

Hunan Broadcasting System Media Group, Shanghai Puxiang Investment Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Lushen Cultural Investment Co., Ltd. also participated in the syndicated loan, supporting the financing needs of Xiangmango and Mango Hub.

As the legal advisor for the project, the DeHeng team was led by Song Jinhua, a partner of the Guangzhou Office, with the participation of partners Wang Xianan, Wang Junzhe, and Hao Boyang of the Shanghai Office. They provided comprehensive legal services, including drafting, revising, and negotiating transaction documents, issuing legal opinions, and participating in the signing and delivery of the agreement.
