DeHeng Assisted Yunshan Energy in Passing the Acceptance Check of Its Compliance Management System and Earning “Industry-Leading” Recognition

Recently the compliance management system building project undertaken by DeHeng Law Offices (Nanjing) for Jiangsu Yunshan Green Energy Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (Yunshan Energy) successfully passed an expert review organized by the company and received high praise from the review panel, being deemed “industry-leading.”

The expert panel, composed of senior management from Yunshan Energy’s parent companies Jiangsu Communications Holding and Jiangsu Expressway Co., Ltd., and other sister subsidiaries, attended the on-site presentation given by the DeHeng team led by lawyers Wang Yuzhuo, Cai Dan, and Gao Doudou. The DeHeng lawyers detailed the project’s execution and results, including the formulation of the implementation plan, task fulfillment, and the highlights of the compliance framework.

Following inquiries, discussions, and evaluations, the expert panel concluded that the project successfully met the compliance management requirements set by the Jiangsu Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Jiangsu Communications Holding. Key highlights included the “three lists,” operational rules of the compliance management system, compliance guidelines for key areas, and the “four-in-one” integrated compliance management model, all of which were recognized as distinctive, exemplary, and industry-leading. The panel unanimously approved the project.
