DeHeng Advised iMotion on Listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

On December 20, 2023, iMotion Automotive Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. made an initial public offering of H shares (“iMotion”, stock code: 1274) on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, making it the first autonomous driving stock on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. At the same time, iMotion obtained the filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission in May 2023, one of the first mainland enterprises to obtain the filing documents since the new overseas listing regulations were implemented.

As the PRC legal counsel to the joint sponsors Citigroup, Huatai International and CCB International, the DeHeng team, with Huang Zhenwu as the chief coordinator, Bi Xiuli the project leader, Fang Tianhong the lead lawyer, and with support from lawyers Huang Feng, Lai Yuanchao and Zhang Linlin, assisted in the completion of the IPO.
