DeHeng Assisted GDD Holding Group in Registering Ultra-Short-Term Financing Bonds with a Quota of RMB 6 Billion

On November 13, 2023, DeHeng assisted GDD Holding Group Co., Ltd. in successfully registering ultra-short-term financing bonds with a quota of RMB 6 billion with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) (registration number: Zh. Sh. X. Registration [2023] SCP460). Recently, GDD Holding Group Co., Ltd. successfully issued the first tranche of ultra-short-term financing bonds of 2023 with an issuance scale of RMB 500 million at NAFMII, marking the first offering within the registered quota.
