On October 30, 2023 (U.S. time), Beijing Continent Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. completed its business merger with CATALYST BIOSCIENCES, INC., and floated its common stock on NASDAQ on October 31, 2023 (U.S. time) and was renamed Gyre Therapeutics, Inc., under the stock symbol “Gyre.”
