DeHeng Advised DayDayCook on Listing on New York Stock Exchange

On November 17, 2023, DDC Enterprise Ltd., the overseas affiliated parent company of Shanghai DayDayCook Information Technology Co., Ltd., went public on the New York Stock Exchange in the United States with the stock symbol of “DDC.”
As the PRC legal counsel for the underwriters, the DeHeng team, composed of partners Li Zhongxuan and Huang Siping of Shenzhen Office, and paralegal Liu Fengyuan, provided whole-process legal services for the offering.
