DeHeng Mandated as the Legal Counsel for the Compliance Management System Construction of Wenzhou Airport Group

Recently, DeHeng was mandated as the legal counsel for the compliance management system construction of Wenzhou Airport Group Co., Ltd. On October 12, 2023, DeHeng assisted Wenzhou Airport Group in convening a kick-off meeting which was attended by the Group’s leadership, full-time outside directors (resident), directors, heads of functional departments and subordinate units, compliance administrators, and compliance liaisons. At the meeting, Wang Yuzhuo, partner of DeHeng’s Nanjing Office, gave a lecture on compliance management, and explained the concept and value of compliance and the Administrative Measures for the Compliance of Central Enterprises in simple terms, laying a solid foundation for the construction and operation of the Group’s compliance management system.

To meet the client’s needs, DeHeng formed a professional legal service team led by partners Wang Yuzhuo and Cai Dan of Nanjing Office, Shen Wenwen, equity lawyer of Hangzhou Office, and Zhang Chao, partner and head of corporate compliance business of Wenzhou Office, with members including Zhao Miyue, Gao Doudou, Zhou Mei, Jin Huan, Sun Kefeng, Jin Quanyong, Zhang Jiahe and Tao Weijie.
