DeHeng Successfully Represented NBAMC in a Financial Loan Case and Advised the Debtor on Debt Restructuring

Recently, a financial loan case involving an amount over RMB1 billion represented by DeHeng concluded with settlement in the Beijing Financial Court, thereby achieving the debtor’s corporate debt restructuring.

Mandated by Ningbo Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. (NBAMC), DeHeng organized a team of professional lawyers to provide legal services since the establishment of the non-performing asset investment project, including participating in the design of the debt restructuring plan, and representing NBAMC in the case after the transfer of the original financial creditor’s rights.

DeHeng lawyers assisted NBAMC reaching a mediation with the debtor in accordance with the law in the shortest possible time, which took into account the demands and interests of all parties involved.
