DeHeng Assisted GrandiT in Its IPO on the STAR Market of Shanghai Stock Exchange

On September 8, 2023, GrandiT Co., Ltd. (“GrandiT,” stock code: 688549) was officially listed on the STAR Market of Shanghai Stock Exchange. For the initial public offering, it issued 369,319,000 shares at the price of RMB 5.18 per share, and raised RMB 191,3072,420 which will be mainly used for its ultra-pure electronic chemical project with an annual output of 196,000 metric tons in Qianjiang and for replenishing its working capital.
