In the past year, DeHeng assisted Shenzhen Urban Construction and Development (Group) Co., Ltd., a designated pilot enterprise under Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., in completing the compliance management system, including improving the compliance system, setting up the operating and support mechanisms, and formulating a list of key points for compliance inspection and the Code of Conduct for Corporate Compliance. On this basis, DeHeng assisted the company in identifying risk points, establishing a risk database and internalizing external regulations. DeHeng then completed special assessments in key areas such as major decisions, anti-commercial bribery, trade secret protection, and business partner compliance, produced special reports and work guidelines, and helped the company complete the pilot project of building the compliance management system assigned by Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd.
