DeHeng Advised Hidden Hill Capital and Baowu Green Carbon Private Equity Fund on The Strategic Investment in OBEI

Recently, OBEI Co., Ltd., an Internet company dedicated to the industrial supply chain ecosystem platform under China Baowu Steel Group Co., Ltd., signed the contract for the mixed ownership reform and for introducing strategic investors. It raised RMB 1 billion, and introduced strategic investors which value long-term development and possess synergistic value, including Hidden Hill Capital under GLP, Baowu Green Carbon Private Equity Fund, XISCO, TBEA, Hebei Logistics, Asteel Capital, and Shanghai Baoheng, a subsidiary of Baoshan State-owned Asset Investment and Management (Group) Co., Ltd. 

In this project, the DeHeng team, led by partner Li Zengli of its Shanghai Office, with primary support from lawyers Chen Mian and Ouyang Ling, provided professional, comprehensive and high-quality whole-process legal services for Hidden Hill Capital and Baowu Green Carbon Private Equity Fund as the lead investors in the strategic investment in OBEI, assisted them in completing the transaction efficiently, and once again won their high recognition.
