On July 26, 2023, Shenzhen VMAX New Energy Co., Ltd. (“VMAX,” stock code: 688612) was listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE). For this initial public offering, VMAX issued 42.1 million shares at the price of RMB 47.29 yuan each, and raised about RMB 1,990,909,000. The funds raised will be mainly used to finance the construction of the new energy vehicle power source production base and the Baolong new energy vehicle power supply experimental center in Longgang, and replenish the working capital.
