DeHeng Advised a Chinese Flexible Staffing Company in Becoming the First of Its Kind Passing ISO 37301 Compliance Management System Certification

On May 25, 2023, the British Standards Institution (“BSI,” a chartered body of the Royal Charter) issued the certificate of ISO 37301:2021 compliance management system certification to Anhui Hopped Technology Co., Ltd. (“Hopped”), an operator of the flexible employment service platform www.ziyousxin.com and related entities, covering corporate governance, financial and tax compliance, data and personal information protection.

As the legal counsel for the ISO 37301 compliance management system certification, the DeHeng team was led by partner Gao Yaping of Shanghai Office, with support from lawyers Zhou Meng, Ji Qian, Xu Jing, etc. They assisted Hopped in becoming the first flexible-employment business to obtain the compliance management system certification.
