DeHeng Advised the Trade in Service Innovation and Development Guidance Fund on Establishing a Sub-Fund

Recently the Trade in Service Innovation and Development Guidance Fund established a sub-fund, Zhejiang Digital Trade Innovation and Development Fund, and filed it with the Asset Management Association of China. 

As the special legal counsel for the establishment of the fund, the DeHeng team, led by Huang Jianing of Hangzhou Office, and with primary support of lawyers Pan Huikang and Mao Linyan, provided whole-process legal services for the fundraising and establishment of the fund. Lawyer Qi Qing also contributed to this project.
