DeHeng Won the Bid to Provide Due Diligence Service for Shenzhen Guidance Fund

DeHeng recently signed the Framework Agreement for Providing Due Diligence Service for Shenzhen Guidance Fund with Shenzhen Capital Group Co., Ltd., the fund initiator, to become the fund’s outside lawyer for due diligence for a period of three years.  

Shenzhen Capital Group invited 23 law firms, including DeHeng, to the bid, and DeHeng’s Shenzhen Office, with its rich project experience, was awarded the mandate.  

The lead partner of the DeHeng team was Mr. Xiong Ming.
