DeHeng Advised Green Gold on Listing on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange

On January 20, 2023, Huaibei Green Gold Industry Investment Co., Ltd. made initial public offering of shares and was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 02450.HK). 

As the issuer's PRC counsel, the DeHeng team was composed of Beijing Office's partner Xu Jianjun, Shanghai Office’s partners Wang Yuwei and Li Xiaoxin, business partners Zhu Liang, Fan Yutong, and Kou Yunmei.
