DeHeng Advised Heyan Technology on Completing Series B+ Financing

Recently Heyan Technology Co., Ltd. announced the completion of Series B+ financing, with all the investment coming from the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund II Co., Ltd. (The Big Fund II).

As the legal counsel, the DeHeng team, with primary support from Shanghai Office's partner Zhang Lei, lawyers Zhu Yun, Li Haoyuan and paralegal Zhang Jiyao, participated in the document preparation, project negotiation and delivery follow-up on behalf of Heyan Technology.
