DeHeng Advised Hidden Hill Capital on Completing the B+ Round of Investment in Ruicycle

Recently Ruicycle, a comprehensive utilization solution provider of decommissioned lithium batteries, announced the completion of a B+ round of financing of more than 100 million yuan, with Hidden Hill Capital – a subsidiary of GLP, as the lead investor. The money raised will finance Ruicyle to develop better cascade-utilization product lines, build the recycling capacity for decommissioned lithium batteries, and develop the new wet recycling technology for lithium batteries. 

In this transaction, the DeHeng team, led by partner Li Zengli of the clean energy practice group, and with primary support from lawyers Zeng Yong and Lin Chengqun and paralegal Zhang Dongmeng of the Shanghai Office, provided a full range of legal services for Hidden Hill Capital to complete the B+ round of financing in Ruicycle.
