DeHeng Advised Jianzhi Education Technology Group on Listing on Nasdaq

On August 26, 2022, Jianzhi Education Technology Group Company Limited went public on the Nasdaq Stock Market with the stock code “JZ.” DeHeng acted as the PRC legal counsel for the underwriter, and provided whole-process service.

The DeHeng team was led by partner Sang Shidong, with primary support from Xu Kanghui, Geng Xiangyu and Qiao Shaohui, and provided whole-process premium legal service.
