DeHeng Advised China Life Investment Management on the Registration of Beijing Lvhe PRE-REITS Equity Investment Scheme

Recently China Life Investment Management Company Limited completed its registration of Beijing Lvhe PRE-REITS equity investment scheme with the Insurance Asset Management Association of China. The scheme will mainly invest in green ecological and environmental protection infrastructure in mature operation for waste treatment and sewage treatment, etc.

As the legal counsel for the project, the DeHeng team was led by partner Huang Huazhen, with primary support from lawyer Wang Guibin and intern lawyer Huang Xuanyuan.
