Recently Hebei Sailhero Environmental Protection High-tech Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300137) released an announcement and an equity change report, disclosing the change of its controlling shareholder and actual controller.

DeHeng was engaged to provide whole-process legal services for the change, and formed a project team led by partner Sang Shidong and with primary support from Zhang Mengqi and Qiao Shaohui.
